Step 2: Enter your voucher number (you will find this number under the barcode of your ticket). Each voucher number can be redeemed once.
Step 3: Choose a date and time of visit and, if necessary, also order your parking ticket.
Please note: on the day of your visit it is unfortunately not possible to buy a parking ticket at the box office.
Step 4: Receive your entrance ticket(s) and parking ticket in your mailbox.
Step 5: Take your entrance ticket(s) and your voucher(s) with you to the park entrance. Both will be scanned. Make sure you are on time for the reserved time slot.
